Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
- Form and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure responsibility across departments.
- Estimate, monitor, and control project expenses; manage allocation of workforce and resources.
- Recognize potential risks, apply risk-reduction tactics, and ensure all outputs comply with quality standards.
- Act as the primary interface between clients, executives, vendors, and team members by providing regular updates and maintaining clarity.
- Monitor project milestones, revise plans as necessary, and compile comprehensive status reports.
- Manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
- Coordinate project closure, document results, assess outcomes, and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience managing projects from initiation to completion, preferably with government or sector-specific exposure.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance, including health, safety, and permitting requirements, is advantageous.
