About the Role
Based in Bendigo, Victoria, this casual contract role requires 10-15 hours per week at a rate of $55-$60 per hour inclusive of casual loading. Jumpleads is an established not-for-profit social enterprise engaged in community development, clean energy, resilience, employment, and arts projects. Operating for nearly twenty years, the organisation collaborates with communities, councils, and other groups to implement impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support and collaborate with a small, dedicated team to drive program success.
- Participate in the design and development of new programs to enhance organisational impact.
- Strengthen organisational systems and processes that support project work.
Candidate Profile
- Skilled at organizing complex tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in building strong stakeholder relationships and communication.
- Experience in community engagement, communications, or program delivery is essential.
