Project Manager

Overview

Tap Growth ai is seeking a meticulous and driven Project Manager to steer projects from the planning stage through successful completion. This role suits someone who is highly organized, can juggle several priorities at once, and is focused on delivering outcomes on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Build project plans, manage execution, and track timelines and deliverables through to completion.
• Review progress regularly and keep an eye on performance indicators to ensure the project stays on track.
• Work closely with teams across functions to keep everyone aligned on goals and responsibilities.
• Hold recurring meetings to share updates, resolve blockers, and coordinate next steps.
• Create clear project documentation, status reports, and other supporting materials.
• Spot possible risks early and put practical mitigation plans in place.

What the Role Requires

• Hands-on exposure to project management methods and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid people skills.
• Good analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and pressure.
• Experience using project management software such as MS Project or Asana.
