Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Project Manager: Civil Infrastructure to join our Dublin office, focusing primarily on site work with four days onsite and one day remote weekly. This position requires a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience managing major civil infrastructure projects through full lifecycle phases including inception, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project delivery covering schedules, interfaces, budgets, risk, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans aligned with contracting entity standards and strategic goals.
• Maintain and strengthen relations with the Airport Transformation Manager and other pivotal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, governance, and performance standards.
• Lead and support a team of Project Managers overseeing various projects within the broader program.
• Implement project management controls, resource planning, and provide technical, commercial, and contract guidance.
• Supervise project integration and manage interfaces throughout the project stages.
• Maintain governance frameworks such as the RACI matrix.
• Coordinate and oversee design consultants, technical teams, contractors, and external providers.
• Facilitate design review sessions and manage design changes with stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, milestones, risks, and construction activities.
• Manage and update risk registers and drive continual improvements in project management practices.
• Oversee change control processes ensuring proper governance.
• Maintain effective communication channels among project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 7 years’ experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, especially on complex aviation or equivalent scale projects in operationally critical environments.
• In-depth knowledge of live operational airport environments including safety and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects onsite.
• Expertise in creating and applying construction project management methodologies, policies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Experience in client-side project management roles representing contracting entities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills driving governance and process improvements.
• Familiarity with the NEC Suite of contracts in client, contractor, or consultancy contexts.
• Previous work experience in aviation or similarly complex, constrained environments.
