Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with platform leads and partners to manage, monitor, and report financials related to Build and Operate initiatives.
  • Assist in charging development efforts to projects.
  • Coordinate with managers to plan resource supply and demand effectively.
  • Extract and generate timesheet reports as needed.
  • Monitor monthly charge approvals and communicate discrepancies to Project Managers and Team Leads.
  • Prepare documentation for the Finance Fixed Asset team to support capital expense allocation.
  • Ensure timely processing and proper approval of contracts.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Coupa to facilitate Purchase Order issuance to vendors.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve pending contracts requiring processing or signatures.
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Follow up on Delegate of Authority (DOA) approvals when delayed.
  • Verify contract budget compliance and correct financial coding to prevent reclassification during payment.
  • Complete Contract Management Process (CMP) for contracts exceeding $200,000 including GST.
  • Manage renewal tracking for Master Service Agreements (MSA).
  • Provide project management and operational support such as advising Work Managers on documentation, processes, reporting, and usage of the GENE system.
  • Update project financials and statuses in GENE.
  • Support contract submission to Group Procurement Services (GPS).
  • Track and submit accruals with valid documentation to Finance.
  • Prepare management reports for major projects and programs, verifying information accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in budget submissions and reviews for Build and Operate as well as Future Ready platforms.
  • Support monthly General Ledger Account Opening (GLAO) reconciliation.
  • Support Strategy Cost Management (SCM) tracking and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience in banking or the financial sector.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong accounting knowledge and a good grasp of financial principles.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
  • Quick learner capable of operating independently using basic procedural guides.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, deadline-driven environments with effective task prioritization.
  • Strong critical thinking skills enabling thorough analysis and comprehension of complex information.
