Program Manager - Data Enablement

Overview

Qatar Airways invites an experienced Program Manager to lead the Data Enablement initiative across the enterprise. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging data as a valuable corporate asset within an AI-driven future, steering the organization's "give-to-get" data philosophy and setting foundational standards to promote confident data contribution and consumption across all business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive data enablement program aligned with Qatar Airways' digital, data, and AI objectives.
• Establish and maintain frameworks and standards ensuring all data-driven projects comply with ethical, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Build and nurture the Qatar Airways Group data community by engaging stakeholders to collaboratively develop and advocate modern data enablement methodologies.
• Create KPIs and performance indicators to evaluate the impact of data strategies on operational effectiveness and revenue generation.
• Drive innovation by encouraging adoption of advanced analytics and establishing enterprise-wide policies for data management and sharing.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams including experts in data governance and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with data domain teams to uphold data quality, integrity, and enrichment.
• Serve as a point of escalation for resolving technical difficulties by coordinating with engineering and architecture departments.
• Ensure transparent and aligned communication among stakeholders across different portfolios.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years in a comparable program management role.
• Proven track record in spearheading enterprise-wide digital transformation and nurturing data-driven innovation.
• Experience in optimizing analytical use cases, improving processes, and realizing tangible business benefits through data solutions.
• Expertise in digital transformation, continuous process enhancement, and project implementation.
• Comprehensive understanding of data governance covering security, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI utilization.
• Adeptness at enhancing data literacy across organizations and effectively communicating complex technical insights to non-technical audiences.
