Role Overview
This position involves overseeing the entire spirulina cultivation process including harvesting, production, and pond management. You will be responsible for coordinating team activities and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the cultivation and harvesting of spirulina efficiently
- Maintain and supervise the condition and operations of spirulina ponds
- Lead and organize the team to meet organizational objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes
- Handle audits and ensure adherence to quality and operational standards
- Analyze performance data to improve productivity and resource allocation
Experience and Skills Required
- Prior experience in aquaculture, algae cultivation, or managing food production
- Strong leadership and organizational skills for team management
- Ability to develop strategies and analyze operational metrics
- Competency in resource management and process optimization
