Role Overview
This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in garment manufacturing. The Production Supervisor will oversee various operational aspects to ensure efficient production processes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other raw materials essential for production.
- Oversee and ensure smooth execution of production activities on the factory floor.
- Enforce discipline and professionalism among factory personnel to uphold decorum and ensure timely production schedules are met.
- Conduct unannounced garment inspections to uphold superior quality standards consistently.
- Adapt and regulate the supply chain based on delivery deadlines to meet order fulfillment requirements.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
