Job description
Role Overview
This position involves leading and overseeing daily production processes in copper manufacturing, including melting, casting, extrusion, and rolling operations. You'll direct and organize tasks and assign machine placements to operators and helpers, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities related to copper melting, casting, extrusion, and rolling.
- Assign specific tasks, establish goals, and allocate machine stations to operators and assistants.
- Supervise and provide training to shift personnel on proper machine use and safety protocols.
Qualifications
A diploma in any specialization is required to be eligible for this role.
