Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for effectively managing daily plant operations. The role encompasses overseeing production processes, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating truck loading and unloading, supervising workforce, planning production schedules, and managing shifts to ensure smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational functions of the production plant.
- Monitor and control production activities to meet targets.
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks efficiently.
- Lead and manage the workforce to maintain productivity.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Manage shift operations and allocate resources accordingly.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
