Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with fellow supervisors and team leads to assign and optimize staff schedules aligning with production quotas and customer demands.
• Maintain uninterrupted supply of components by liaising effectively with the stores department.
• Achieve production targets based on set KPIs and regularly update visual progress boards.
• Identify and resolve production-related challenges including those related to quality, machinery, materials, and workforce.
• Lead and encourage multifunctional teamwork, ensuring coverage across all roles as needed.
• Function as the first point of escalation for equipment malfunctions and hardware concerns.
• Facilitate routine team meetings focused on aligning goals, resolving line issues, and fostering a proactive problem-solving atmosphere.
• Promote a constructive and motivated team culture emphasizing collaboration and high performance.
• Communicate and enforce quality standards and procedures complying with documented company and regulatory policies.
• Complete mandated documentation aligning with business and regulatory frameworks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives alongside management and fellow supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD)-free workspace to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Continuously review production metrics and drive regular communications to boost operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated prior experience in a manufacturing context with supervisory or leadership roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production methodologies, quality control, and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and guide teams effectively.
• Proactive problem solver capable of addressing issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed assembly instructions and operational processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance requirements in manufacturing settings.
