Production Planner

Role Overview

Napco National is hiring a Production Planner to coordinate order preparation and related production planning activities in Dammam. The role focuses on converting sales orders into actionable production work, maintaining accurate order records, and ensuring the right materials and approvals are in place to keep production moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production orders once a customer service sales order is received.
• Enter all order-preparation details into the order log and keep the order status updated.
• Share the updated order log with the relevant teams through email.
• Raise cliché/cylinder verification requests with the printing section.
• Receive and track plate receipt reports from production and cylinder receipt reports from the warehouse, then update artwork status in the order log.
• Allocate materials for orders based on the latest stock availability.
• Create item numbers for all products in the product database.
• Draft purchase orders for raw materials sourced from affiliates and follow up as needed.
• Prepare sample orders and internal trial orders.

Authority and Administrative Duties

• Prepare raw material requirement requests from affiliates.
• Complete the order preparation form.
