Job Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee daily and monthly production activities aligning with customer schedules.
- Handle operations related to press machines, dies, workforce, and material management.
- Perform capacity planning and balance production lines to boost efficiency.
- Maintain strict adherence to ISO and IATF quality standards throughout production processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation from any discipline is mandatory.
- Previous experience in managing press shops is necessary.
