Job Overview
As the Production Manager at Best Kitchenette, you will supervise the entire production cycle for both Factory Made (FM) and Home Made (HM) products. Your role involves detailed planning and managing daily to monthly production schedules aligned with company demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production activities ensuring targets are met timely.
- Lead and manage production supervisors, team leaders, and a workforce exceeding 50 laborers.
- Uphold high-quality standards for all products according to company benchmarks.
- Collaborate with departments including Design, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Dispatch for smooth workflow.
- Monitor raw material stocks and work towards minimizing production waste.
- Enforce and implement Standard Operating Procedures across both FM and HM production lines.
- Track machinery usage and organize routine preventive maintenance.
- Promote and maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage staff attendance, labor allocation, discipline, and productivity enhancements.
- Conduct training and development sessions for supervisors and production personnel.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports (MIS) to inform management.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and lower costs.
