Production Management Supervisor

Overview

ALINCO is seeking a Production Management Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activity in Riyadh. This position focuses on keeping production aligned with plans, safeguarding product quality, improving output efficiency, managing workforce deployment, and coordinating with other functions so delivery and production commitments are met. The role also involves building and maintaining production schedules and contributing to ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production work on the shop floor.
• Build production schedules, track them closely, and ensure follow-through.
• Review output levels and overall production efficiency on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain compliance with quality expectations and safety procedures.
• Compile and share production updates, performance results, and operational concerns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on background working as both a Production Planner and a Production Supervisor.
• Direct experience in Air Filter Manufacturing is required.
• Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
• Ability to track productivity, quality performance, and operational metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and issue-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of ERP tools and production reporting processes.
