About the Company and Role

SRM Electronics Pvt. Ltd., located in Ghaziabad's Sahibabad Industrial Area, is seeking committed and disciplined individuals to join their electronics manufacturing operations as Production Helpers. This full-time position involves multiple production-related tasks including assembly, soldering, quality control assistance, and packing to help sustain the unit's productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder various electronic components accurately.
• Operate fundamental production machinery essential for the manufacturing process.
• Carry out visual inspections and assist with basic quality control procedures.
• Keep the production floor clean and maintain orderly discipline.
• Meet given production targets and adhere to schedules.
• Assist with packing and dispatch duties when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of electronic parts such as resistors, capacitors, and printed circuit boards.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving production environment.
• Punctuality, discipline, and the ability to work cooperatively within a team.

Education

Completion of 10th or 12th grade is required; ITI certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 depending on experience.
