Production Crew Member

Role Overview

The Production Crew position entails executing diverse daily production assignments with accuracy, assuring that all outputs adhere to quality benchmarks and are finalized within designated schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform precise production tasks daily to meet quality and timing requirements.
• Adhere strictly to the food safety protocol and complete mandatory company training to maintain compliance with safety standards and sustain a contamination-free production space.
• Follow QA/QC procedures consistently to ensure product quality remains uniform at every production stage in line with organizational guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and colleagues to facilitate coordinated workflow and punctual task completion.
• Input production data accurately into the tracking system and complete all daily log requirements for reliable documentation.
• Implement GMPs, GAPs, organizational food safety policies, and all SOPs to ensure safe, standardized production operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all processing and food-secure areas while following safety protocols related to equipment and facilities.
• Maintain hygienic and hazard-free conditions to eliminate contamination risks and safeguard employee health.

Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary School education is required.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing or agricultural sectors is preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Basic English communication skills, both understanding and speaking.
• Capability to perform physically demanding and repetitive duties, including lifting up to 5kg.
• Readiness to work varied shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and work in confined spaces.
