Role Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Production Assistant to join our Los Angeles-based Video Department. This full-time position supports video and live event audio-visual production nationally. Working closely with producers and editors, the assistant will help drive content creation from initial concept through final delivery. This hands-on role involves supporting filming, editing, and live event operations to deliver educational and compelling stories that promote Israel's narrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to filming and editing video projects across social media, documentary, and live event formats.
- Set up, operate, and dismantle camera, lighting, and audio gear efficiently.
- Assist with on-camera interviews and live events, collaborating with A/V vendors.
- Manage and organize media assets ensuring proper naming conventions, backups, and archives.
- Travel domestically and work occasional evenings and weekends, including full weekends.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro with a strong willingness to learn After Effects and motion graphics.
- Interest in emerging artificial intelligence tools relevant to video production.
- Some practical experience using cameras, lighting, or audio equipment through education, internships, or personal projects.
- Passion and understanding of Israeli history and contemporary issues.
- Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions and collaborate well within a team setting.
- Must hold U.S. citizenship or have a valid work visa (note: visa sponsorship is not provided).
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience.

Additional Information
