직무 설명
Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Assistant to efficiently manage shop floor operations and maintain production quality in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology on the shop floor to ensure organization and cleanliness.
- Achieve hourly production targets as specified.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to production lines, specifically P3 and OPM records.
- Conduct shift starting meetings to align team activities.
- Adhere strictly to disciplinary standards and punctuality requirements to maintain workforce discipline.
- Ensure implementation of Daily Preventive Maintenance Unit (DPMU) activities.
- Follow and enforce safety guidelines as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and compare planned production versus actual output to identify variances.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through suggestions, addressing near misses, Jidoka practices, and meeting process zero targets.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions for skill enhancement.
- Enforce adherence to shift schedules, including breaks as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with AS414 standards throughout operational processes.
