Product & Quality Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product & Quality Coordinator to oversee the entire product development cycle. This position acts as a vital connection between Product Development, Quality, and Design teams, collaborating closely with manufacturing units, testing labs, and customer accounts to ensure products are developed, tested, documented, and delivered on time while adhering to stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of product development samples to meet quality benchmarks during the development stages.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams to detect issues, propose enhancements, and uphold product quality.
• Monitor development progress and ensure adherence to quality standards through all phases.
• Interface with third-party laboratories to coordinate testing schedules, sample submissions, and track results.
• Ensure testing timelines are met to keep projects on track.
• Share testing results with relevant teams and address any compliance or quality issues collaboratively.
• Manage and update all technical specifications, compliance reports, engineering documents, and product information within customer portals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with seasonal schedules.
• Foster strong partnerships with customer Quality and Product teams, serving as the primary contact for quality communications and project updates.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, Sales, and overseas manufacturers throughout product lifecycles.
• Oversee product sample logistics between internal teams, factories, labs, and clients, maintaining detailed tracking to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Coordinate product photography requests, manage sample assets, and organize rendering submissions for presentation and client meetings.
• Assist in developing polished product presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Facilitate daily communication among Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, factories, labs, and customers to track timelines, identify risks, and provide regular updates.
• Manage multiple seasonal product development schedules with strict attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• Background in consumer product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, or project coordination is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and project management expertise.
• Detail-oriented with the aptitude to handle several priorities concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with customer portals, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, or project management software is a plus.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
