Role overview

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of RWA token products throughout the entire lifecycle. That includes product definition, DeFi and multi-chain integrations, security review coordination, and launch execution. This is a hands-on individual-contributor position with no direct reports.

What you will do

• Manage the full product journey for tokenised-asset offerings such as STBT and XAUm, including roadmap planning, PRDs, and product specifications.
• Prepare detailed product requirement documents and work closely with development, QA, and security teams until launch.
• Coordinate DeFi and multi-chain integration efforts with engineering and security stakeholders.
• Serve as the main product and technical point of contact for international partners.
• Work alongside business development, marketing, and operations teams to support launches and go-to-market activities.
• Own a limited set of product operations tasks to ensure smooth performance after release.

What BIT is looking for

• At least 3 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, crypto/Web3, or digital assets; experience in RWA, tokenisation, stablecoins, or DeFi is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the confidence to present clearly to global partners.
• Practical knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi, including the ability to review contracts and audit reports and think through oracles, multi-chain deployments, and protocol integrations.
• A highly hands-on approach, since this role is an individual contributor position where you will personally draft PRDs and drive delivery across teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate across engineering, security, compliance, and business development, with structured and clear communication.
• High ownership, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced crypto environment across multiple time zones.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to tokenised securities or commodities, stablecoins, or on/off-ramp products.
• Familiarity with institutional custody, multisig setups, and KYC/AML compliance requirements.
