Product Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product roadmap collaboratively with stakeholders and development teams.
• Collect and prioritize customer needs to align with organizational goals.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of product features from concept through release and ongoing refinement.
• Support agile product development using platforms like Jira and Linear.
• Lead cross-departmental meetings, effectively conveying vision, progress, and priorities.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic product decisions.
• Track product performance indicators to enhance continuous improvements and user experience.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager in dynamic work settings.
• Experienced with product management software tools, particularly Jira and Linear.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Well-versed in working with remote and distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully bring products from idea to launch.
• Collaborative experience with engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, technology, or startup industries.
• Experience in expanding products to serve global teams and markets.
• Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly salary ranging from $40 to $80.
