About Peace Through Trade (PTT)
Peace Through Trade (PTT) is a regulation-focused Layer-1 Proof-of-Work blockchain designed to support sustainable real-world commerce. Developed over five years with adherence to the Monetary Authority of Singapore's regulatory frameworks, it prioritizes compliance, institutional collaboration, and robust infrastructure credibility. Recognized by the United Nations for its alignment with Sustainable Development Goals, PTT is now scaling its operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Launch Manager to lead the seamless execution of critical product, ecosystem, partnership, campaign, and announcement launches. The role emphasizes clear coordination, timing, accountability, and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning and delivery of product and ecosystem launches, from initial concept through post-launch evaluation.
- Create comprehensive launch timelines including milestones, dependencies, and responsible parties.
- Facilitate coordination among internal teams such as development, compliance, marketing, and design.
- Ensure that messaging, regulatory positioning, and communications are fully aligned prior to any public release.
- Manage all launch collateral including presentations, announcements, landing pages, media kits, and partner communications.
- Proactively identify risks and eliminate obstacles to maintain launch momentum.
- Lead structured launch meetings to maintain clarity and coordination among distributed teams.
- Monitor launch performance metrics and provide detailed reports to leadership.
- Continuously refine internal launch processes and documentation to support scaling.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7+ years of experience overseeing product or ecosystem launches within blockchain, fintech, SaaS, AI, or fast-growing technology sectors.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams under strict deadlines.
- Exceptional operational discipline with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience engaging with legal and compliance teams to craft sensitive messaging.
- Excellent communication skills capable of clarifying complex topics and maintaining team alignment.
- Comfortable working in globally distributed team environments.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 infrastructure, token ecosystems, and market timing strategies.
