About the Role
Join Sitetracker as a Product Engineer focusing on pioneering AI-driven enterprise software solutions. This role requires strong technical capabilities to design and deliver robust software, utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance development speed and throughput. You will work on creating scalable AI infrastructure beyond traditional SaaS models, playing a vital role in shaping the future of commercial AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of features and components within the AI harness solution.
- Develop AI-enabled product functionalities following architectural best practices.
- Write maintainable, efficient, and scalable code to support core AI systems.
- Work directly with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI elements, adhering to strict security guidelines.
- Design fault-tolerant systems managing multiple AI agents for high reliability.
- Understand client challenges and ensure AI solutions effectively address their needs.
- Develop comprehensive testing approaches, including for the inherent unpredictability in AI outputs.
- Maintain data privacy compliance during AI system development.
- Build automated pipelines to evaluate and improve AI performance quality.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing AI harness applications.
- Engage actively in code reviews, knowledge exchange, and collaborative engineering discussions.
- Communicate technical decisions, AI concepts, and dependencies clearly to diverse teams including non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to and promote cutting-edge engineering and AI development standards within the organization.
- Within the first 90 days, familiarize yourself with architecture, codebase, and AI tools, delivering initial features with mentorship.
- By 180 days, independently develop complex AI-driven features and help establish secure and scalable development practices.
- After one year, consistently deliver high-quality AI capabilities that boost product velocity, participate as a dependable team contributor, and enhance overall engineering quality.
