Role Overview

The Product team at Revolut is responsible for crafting user experiences that seamlessly simplify complex challenges. As a Product Designer, you will lead the design lifecycle from initial discovery to final delivery, ensuring user-focused solutions and collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer segments and their requirements.
• Define and take ownership of key performance indicators to measure project success.
• Conduct research to uncover insights that support achieving strategic objectives like market expansion and feature innovation.
• Create intuitive product designs from wireframes through to detailed user flows and interactive prototypes with meticulous attention to detail.
• Organize and execute user testing sessions and workshops to validate ideas and gather feedback.
• Participate in design review sessions by presenting technical solutions and design decisions.
• Analyze post-launch performance data to identify learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing commercial digital products in-house.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Ability to think strategically about product design and communicate rationale clearly.
• Thorough understanding of technical constraints and implications on design.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end design processes independently.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles and human behaviour.
• Excellent visual design skills including typography and grid systems.
• Passion for problem-solving and embracing challenges.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred: Coding skills to develop simple prototypes.
• Preferred: Experience building and maintaining design systems that span multiple platforms.
• Preferred: Background working in fast-moving startup environments.
