Role Overview
This position is for a Product Designer Lead who will guide the UI/UX function, safeguard design quality, and shape key product journeys from first interaction through post-conversion.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the design team, review work for consistency and quality, manage assignments, and ensure the team delivers strong user experiences across the product.
You will also take ownership of complete customer journeys, including onboarding, comparison experiences, checkout or application flows, and the stages that follow conversion.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 30,00,000 to INR 45,00,000.
