Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer who is naturally inquisitive, action-oriented, and strongly dedicated to delivering outcomes. You understand that exceptional design starts by grasping the core problem. Your portfolio highlights meticulous attention to detail coupled with deep expertise in usability and interaction design on a large scale. You can simplify complex concepts into intuitive and visually harmonious experiences across various devices. Collaboration and passion for interactive design define your work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design pixel-perfect visual elements that align with branding and respond to product requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct competitive landscape research, develop user flows, and create product designs that accommodate evolving features, technology advances, and their business impact.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to devise innovative solutions addressing challenges like discovery and engagement.
• Promote consistency in visual and functional design while seeking strategic opportunities to enhance design systems and interactions.
• Utilize AI tools to expand creative exploration and accelerate execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product design.
• Strong skills in UX and visual design, with a focus on clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced schedules and shifting project demands.
• Capable of working both independently and with full ownership of tasks.
• Skilled at building consensus among multiple internal stakeholders and shifting priorities as needed.
• Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineering teams across multiple product launches.
• Ability to quickly conceptualize and implement multiple design concepts.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating thorough understanding of functionality integrated with contemporary visual aesthetics.
• Comfort and curiosity experimenting with emerging AI-assisted design tools and workflows, including AI-driven prototyping and code generation.
• Experience working in agile environments, partnering closely with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $86,000 to $128,000 annually. This range applies across several states including New York, California, Colorado, and Washington. Starting salary depends on factors such as location, experience, education, and market conditions.
