Role Overview

We are hiring a Procurement Specialist focused on consulting services in the U.S. This position involves developing strategic sourcing plans to secure cost-efficient deals and high-performing suppliers. Key responsibilities include identifying supporters for our expanding businesses across segments and regions, collaborating with stakeholders to assess needs and define supplier strategies, and ensuring compliance to support risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives specifically for the AMS Consulting category by evaluating consulting firms based on experience, expertise, and budgets.
• Enhance and streamline procurement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenditures.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop procurement and supply strategies, providing innovative and scalable solutions.
• Perform thorough industry analysis, benchmark categories, and analyze data to identify quality, cost-effective vendors.
• Oversee supplier deliverables and implement performance measurement systems to increase competition and assure supply reliability.
• Operate effectively within complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizational structures, influencing teams and leadership through data-driven insights.
• Drive execution-focused initiatives delivering measurable results.
• Analyze historical procurement data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, or risks, and present persuasive business cases for improvements.
• Use logical reasoning and data to persuade stakeholders and secure alignment.
• Exhibit strong change management and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in indirect procurement, preferably within professional services, consulting, or marketing categories.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Effective negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, strategic decisions, and complex problem-solving.
• Aptitude for working with ambiguity, conflict management, and navigating organizational change.
• Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.

Preferred:

• Procurement certifications such as CSCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced companies especially in tech industries.
• Deep knowledge of regional procurement regulations, market trends, and best practices.
• Familiarity with procurement technologies and systems.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,304 to $136,000, varying based on qualifications, experience, and location. Additional bonuses and stock units may apply. Benefits include immediate access to medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability, life insurance, wellbeing programs, 10 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 17 paid personal time days (accruing with tenure). Benefits are subject to change.
