Procurement Manager

About the Role

Cynet Corp is looking for a seasoned Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, and contract administration. This role is pivotal in optimizing procurement processes, cutting costs, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies while supporting the rapid expansion of a top-tier healthcare staffing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
• Manage procurement operations and vendor relationships in both U.S. and Indian markets.
• Source, assess, negotiate, and administer vendor contracts involving technology, marketing, HR, operations, facilities, and corporate services.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and monitor supplier performance.
• Oversee purchasing procedures, purchase orders, and procurement policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and department heads to control budgets and identify savings.
• Monitor vendor compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Track procurement analytics, including spend, savings, supplier performance, and contract statuses.
• Drive continuous improvements in procurement processes and support cross-departmental projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, with practical exposure to both U.S. and India procurement landscapes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement methodologies, vendor relations, and contract negotiation in the U.S. and India.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management competencies.
• Demonstrated capability in contract management and building supplier partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement software systems.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or the staffing sector is a plus.
