Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Strategy, the Procurement Manager will lead the design and implementation of procurement strategies to source high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. The role involves effective supply chain management, vendor relationship oversight, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations, and driving cost efficiencies without compromising on service quality and integrity standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of six years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience, including at least three years in managerial or senior supervisory positions.
- Professional experience within esteemed organizations, ideally in automotive, fleet management, or service sectors.
- A proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract oversight, and cost reduction strategies.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Navision or similar platforms.
- Exceptionally high levels of integrity, strong negotiation abilities, and keen attention to detail.
