Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate / Manager-level procurement specialist for a full-time onsite role in Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. This position is suited to an experienced professional who can handle procurement, transaction advisory, and PPP-related work in a government or infrastructure-facing environment.

Experience and background

The role calls for at least 10 years of professional experience in financial advisory, procurement, or project/PPP management. The ideal candidate will have personally led or contributed to a minimum of 8 PPP projects, especially in the infrastructure or tourism sectors.

Core expertise expected

The selected professional should bring strong capability in transaction advisory, bid process management, and contract structuring. Prior exposure to working with government departments, PSUs, or statutory bodies is essential. Experience in preparing RFPs, building financial models, drafting concession agreements, and evaluating bids will be important for success in this role.

Functional responsibilities

The work will involve financial analysis and PPP transaction advisory, designing procurement strategy, preparing bid documents, and managing the bid process end to end. The role also includes developing business cases, assessing project viability, coordinating with government stakeholders and approval committees, engaging with investors, and tracking project progress with senior-level reporting.

Education requirement

Candidates should hold an MBA in Finance, a CA qualification, or an equivalent credential.
