About the Role
We are seeking a Saudi National to fill the position of Procurement and Logistic Officer in our Dammam office, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and possess relevant experience in procurement, particularly within the construction or contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers to meet organizational needs.
- Request, review, and assess quotations from potential suppliers.
- Create and process purchase orders to facilitate acquisitions.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and negotiate terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement workflows efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in procurement activities, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Strong skills in negotiation and clear communication.
- Sound understanding of procurement processes and supplier management principles.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good proficiency in English language.
