About the Role
Revel Collective seeks an organized, proactive, and detail-focused Procurement & Events Manager to enhance client experiences through managing branded materials, vendor relations, and event operations. This pivotal role ensures smooth execution of client campaigns, sponsorships, community initiatives, and branded events by balancing logistical tasks with creative insight. Though supporting client activities, this role functions behind the scenes without direct client interaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle sourcing, price estimation, purchases, and delivery coordination for client promotional materials, branded items, apparel, signage, print collateral, giveaways, and event supplies.
- Compare quotes to secure cost-effective, high-quality procurement that aligns with brand standards.
- Establish and nurture vendor relationships including printers, promotional suppliers, fabricators, shipping, and fulfillment partners.
- Negotiate pricing, production schedules, and timelines to optimize budget and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of quotes, purchase orders, invoices, production and delivery timelines.
- Identify and propose process improvements to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory of promotional and trade show materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Organize storage and coordinate shipping, packing, and distribution for campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
- Support planning and logistics for community events, sponsorship activations, trade shows, and networking occasions, including assembling event materials and coordinating vendors and shipments.
- Provide assistance with on-site event setup and coordination, occasionally requiring travel or remote support.
- Assist agency operations by contributing to standardized workflows for procurement, inventory, and event management, and support internal teams to maintain high client service standards.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years of professional experience in procurement, event coordination, agency operations, marketing support, or related areas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills capable of handling multiple deadlines concurrently.
- Vendor coordination and experience managing production timelines, shipments, and branded materials preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable collaborating in dynamic, fast-paced settings with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with project management platforms, spreadsheets, and order tracking software.
- Ability to occasionally lift and organize event materials and shipments.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or travel for events.

Working Conditions

Compensation
Starting salary is $65,000 annually, with potential for increases based on experience and performance.
