Position Overview
Join our team at NZ Post's Hamilton-Waikato Operations Centre as a Processing Officer, contributing to the efficient sorting, consolidation, and dispatching of parcels and freight. This permanent part-time role operates primarily during night shifts, supporting New Zealand's premier postal network.
Work Schedule and Location
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Night hours: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Workplace: 1 Earthmover Crescent, Hamilton
Compensation and Allowances
- Hourly rate of $26.75
- Additional $3.29 per hour as night rate allowance until 6 AM

Candidate Requirements
- Availability to work specified night shifts
- Preference given to candidates with prior night shift experience
- Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality

- Physical ability to handle work tasks including lifting up to 25 kilograms
- Strong attention to detail and solid geographical knowledge
