Key Responsibilities

• Assess investment prospects within the industrial and infrastructure industries.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and prepare investment memoranda.
• Perform thorough commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on potential deals.
• Assist with executing transactions, coordinating efforts among management, lenders, legal advisors, and external consultants.
• Track performance of portfolio companies and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at operational improvement and growth.
• Conduct industry-specific research and market analysis to uncover promising investment trends and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one and four years’ experience in investment banking or private equity, with substantial expertise in M&A or principal investing.
• Experience focusing on sectors such as industrials, infrastructure, energy, or related areas is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage confidently with senior leaders.
• Motivated, meticulous, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating strong academic achievement.
