What You Will Do

  • Promote the firm’s services by actively engaging potential clients and intermediary partners.
  • Research prospects and prepare thoroughly for meetings with introducers, partners, and leads.
  • Advise clients on residency and citizenship planning in line with their goals.
  • Screen prospects and carry out initial due diligence to evaluate fit and reduce operational risk.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to create a smooth and high-quality client journey.
  • Convert a strong share of sales leads into active Henley & Partners clients.
  • Deliver on annual sales goals for the jurisdictions assigned to you.
  • Grow the contact database to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Keep your knowledge of programs and industry developments current for informed client discussions.
  • Document prospect and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Represent the brand positively at conferences and other industry events.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of client-facing sales experience in areas such as investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or recruitment.
