About the Role
We are hiring a diligent Pricing Agent to oversee and manage rate determination, quotations, and pricing accuracy for client bookings within a global limousine transport business based in Ernakulam, Kerala. This position involves reviewing finalized trips, ensuring the accuracy of pricing, and collaborating closely with suppliers to verify final expenses.
Key Duties
- Develop and maintain pricing structures for client bookings and quotations.
- Assess rates, packages, and cost components to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Examine completed bookings to update and finalize trip pricing based on actual costs incurred.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm expenses following each trip.
- Guarantee the consistency and accuracy between quoted prices and final billing.
- Liaise with reservations and operations teams to keep pricing information current and precise.
- Observe market pricing trends to assist in informed pricing decisions.
- Generate pricing reports and management information systems (MIS) for leadership.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pricing, quotations, or revenue management, preferably within travel or hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent numerical proficiency.
- Confidence in direct coordination with external vendors and suppliers.
- Proficient use of Excel and other reporting software.
- High levels of precision and attention to detail, especially under deadline pressures.
- Capability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage tight timelines.

Salary Range: 15000 to 20000 INR per month
