Role Overview
The Medical Presentation Designer crafts professional presentations and documents that clearly and accurately convey complex scientific and healthcare topics. Supporting Market Access, Medical Communications, and related teams, this role ensures all materials adhere to client, brand, and regulatory standards. Collaboration with writers, strategists, and account teams is essential to deliver polished, template-driven content on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and documents using approved templates and branding guidelines for Medical Communications and Market Access projects.
- Convert scientific and medical content into visually clean, precise, and user-friendly presentations maintaining consistent formatting across deliverables.
- Collaborate with Medical Writers, Strategists, and Client Services to produce materials for client meetings, workshops, advisory boards, and medical education.
- Apply strong graphic principles including typography, layout, formatting, and accessibility to meet quality, compliance, and production criteria.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, responding to revisions effectively and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in producing presentation materials, document formatting, or production design using PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills with PowerPoint features including templates, charts, tables, and presentations production.
- Proven ability to maintain brand standards and visual consistency when working with established templates.
- Strong aptitude for accurately formatting complex scientific, medical, or technical content within strict deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing presentation design, document production, and information layout, particularly examples of PowerPoint work.
- Preferred: Experience with AI tools integration, supporting Medical Communications or Market Access teams, knowledge of healthcare or life sciences content, understanding typography and accessibility in presentations, working cross-functionally with writers and strategists, and familiarity with InDesign.
Additional Information
Applicants must provide a portfolio or website link displaying work samples. This is a newly created position at Klick offering a base salary between CAD 70,000 and 80,000 plus potential incentives based on performance.
