Role Overview
The Presales Consultant specializing in Apple technology is a pivotal contributor to accelerating sales by applying deep technical knowledge and understanding of Apple products and solutions. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to engage prospective clients with tailored technological solutions, positioning Apple as a premier provider of innovative business technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical guidance on Apple products and solutions to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Apple technologies.
- Work directly with clients to analyze business needs and tailor Apple solutions accordingly.
- Develop and propose customized solutions leveraging Apple technologies to align with client goals.
- Support the sales team with technical documentation and information to enhance lead conversion.
- Assist in crafting detailed proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), highlighting technical capabilities and business advantages.
- Deliver training sessions for sales personnel on new product features and market trends to boost sales effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in presales or technical sales, ideally in IT or technology sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Apple products, services, and ecosystem.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information.
- Demonstrated success in client engagement and solution-based sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects effectively.
Additional Information
This full-time position requires onsite presence at the Doha, Qatar location. The candidate should be prepared to actively collaborate with sales teams and clients to enhance sales outcomes through detailed technical consultation and client-focused solutions.
