Job Overview

Mantis Structural Engineering seeks a knowledgeable and hands-on Post-Tensioning Foreman to direct the installation of post-tension (PT) systems at our project sites in Dubai. This position involves leading teams to accomplish PT tasks safely and as per project requirements, maintaining quality assurance, and ensuring efficient progress in alignment with schedules and approved documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process of post-tension system installation, including stressing and grouting activities.
• Direct and coordinate work among site crew members, fostering productivity and teamwork.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with posted shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Liaise effectively with project engineers and representatives from the main contractor to resolve site issues and coordinate workflow.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and enforce safety standards at the jobsite.
• Track daily progress, organize material needs, and generate comprehensive site reports.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct experience with post-tensioning installations.
• Expertise in PT installation methods, stressing procedures, and quality controls.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and work from post-tensioning shop drawings.
• Strong site leadership and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
