As a Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring customer vehicles are clean and presentable before delivery while maintaining the tidiness of both shop and office areas. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that shape your future.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan standards.
• Handle daily cleaning tasks inside the office, such as emptying trash, sweeping, and dusting workspaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the production area by disposing of waste, sweeping floors, dealing with unwanted parts, and organizing tools.
• Keep parking lots and exterior grounds well-maintained, including snow removal from sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-wash vehicles prior to repair work and conduct thorough interior and exterior cleaning once repairs are completed.
• Deliver customer vehicles to subcontracted repair locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Automotive experience is advantageous.
• Clear close vision is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Keen attention to detail.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and carry items.
• Frequent walking and standing (5+ hours).
• Ability to sit as needed.
• Capability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally.
• Lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working near moving machinery.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely.

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $12 to $17, depending on your skills, education, and experience. Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
