About the Role
Depa Interiors is seeking a PMO Manager to lead its Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing all ongoing projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role demands ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards through rigorous governance, risk management, and reporting to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PMO framework including standards, workflows, reporting routines, and templates.
- Manage portfolio-wide planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk monitoring across active projects.
- Prepare and present executive dashboards and comprehensive monthly performance reports to the Managing Director and Board.
- Supervise governance processes, ensure compliance, oversee change management and claims resolution.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination encompassing Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Drive the deployment and adoption of PMO digital tools, specifically Power BI dashboards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Directors within the UAE and KSA regions.
