Role Overview
The Platinum Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, ensuring integration and coordination of all bank group products, services, and resources to maximize business value and profitability for both the bank and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage banking and investment relationships with Au Royale clients, focusing on growing liabilities and investment business within the HNI segment.
- Increase CASA balances through deepening current relationships or acquiring new NTB Royale customers.
- Identify potential problem accounts proactively and implement timely risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate customer migration across various segments including sub-segments and HNI categories.
- Enhance portfolio profitability by promoting and managing transitions to electronic banking channels and other multi-channel delivery methods.
- Develop and expand Au Royale customer relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
- Ensure all sales activities are documented online following organizational CRM procedures.
- Expand HNI customer base for liabilities and retail asset products.
- Inform customers about new products or enhancements to deepen the banking relationship.
- Leverage detailed client profiling as per CRM to capture and maximize banking opportunities.
- Adhere to KYC and AML guidelines, complying strictly with bank policies and procedures related to the role.
