Planning & Development Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Planning & Development Expert to join our team, bringing extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, and performance management. This role is essential for advancing the organization's objectives and spearheading initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic and operational plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards for effective performance tracking.
• Apply governance frameworks, manage initiatives, and drive process optimizations including business process reengineering.
• Prepare detailed executive reports, presentations, and make recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead and manage teams and engage stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or performance management.
• Proven track record in crafting and tracking strategic/operational plans.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement abilities, and leadership skills.
• Possession of a professional certification like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or KPI Professional is preferred.
