Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Planner based on-site in the Riyadh Region to contribute to the planning and execution of biosafety, cleanroom, and contamination control projects. The role involves developing and managing project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets in alignment with client and regulatory requirements. The Planner is responsible for coordinating with engineers, tracking project progress, preparing detailed reports, and supporting risk assessment and workflow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules and plans ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams and subject matter experts to monitor progress.
- Prepare periodic status reports, dashboards, and performance documentation such as S-curves and progress tracking.
- Participate in risk evaluations and resource distribution to optimize project workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to uphold operational quality and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a similar discipline preferred.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years within contracting environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, and project management principles.
- Proficient with Primavera P6 for detailed scheduling and project monitoring.
- Experienced in developing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports with dashboards and project metrics.
- Strong organizational skills enabling management of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical ability to evaluate risks, interpret data, and propose solutions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with skills in accurate documentation and record preparation.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical-related projects highly advantageous.
- Background in engineering, biosafety, cleanrooms, or healthcare project environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office and other project management software is beneficial.
- Must be able to work on-site in Riyadh and operate within a technical, standards-based setting.
