Role Overview
BMD Group is seeking an experienced Pipelayer or skilled civil construction professional to join its Townsville team. The work focuses on subdivisions and road projects, ideally across developments valued between $1 million and $20 million. The company has a steady flow of work in Townsville, and experienced pipelayers and leading hands may be offered relocation support along with temporary accommodation.
What the Role Involves
- Carry out pipelaying and related civil construction duties on subdivision and road projects.
- Work across sewer, stormwater, and water main installations.
- Support project delivery in line with safety and compliance expectations.
- Contribute as a self-motivated team member with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
What You Need
- Prior experience in civil construction.
- Practical exposure to sewer, stormwater, and water main works.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in a comparable role.
- A Construction White Card or Blue Card.
- Willingness to work according to safety and compliance procedures.
- A proactive mindset and good attitude toward teamwork and delivery.
