Picker/Driver

Role Overview

This position offers the chance to become a permanent team member in our delivery department as a van driver. The role includes picking items to support efficient delivery operations and contributing to achieving excellent customer service standards. A full valid driving license is a mandatory requirement for applicants.

Key Duties

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal and reporting discrepancies to the manager.
• Verifying product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure before delivery.
• Delivering exemplary customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting set targets.
• Providing courteous service when handing over goods and properly managing queries or complaints by escalating complex issues.
• Loading stock into the delivery vehicle at the branch and unloading at customer locations, alongside completing all necessary paperwork precisely.

• Reliable punctuality and professional presentation at all times.
• Holding a valid full driving license.
