Job Overview

The Picker & Packer is tasked with precisely selecting customer order items, securely packaging them, and ensuring orders are dispatched promptly, all while upholding quality and sanitation protocols.

Key Duties

• Extract products from warehouse or store shelves based on order specifics.
• Check quantities, quality, and expiration dates prior to packing.
• Safely package items to avoid damage during transport.
• Properly label and arrange packed orders for shipment.
• Maintain high accuracy standards in picking and packing tasks.
• Keep the work environment clean and hygienic.
• Support inventory checking and restocking when needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and established operational procedures.
• Collaborate with delivery personnel and store team to fulfill orders on time.
• Report any damaged, missing, or expired products to supervisors promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of 10th grade completion; 12th grade preferred.
• Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
• Basic skills in reading and numerical counting.
• Physically capable to stand, walk, and lift items during shifts.
