About the Role
The Pharmaceutical Research Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical operations of various projects. The role involves managing project logistics, coordinating clinical trial activities, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical research projects from planning to completion, including protocol development and budgeting.
- Coordinate daily operations of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, retention, and study documentation management.
- Ensure strict compliance with ethical and regulatory standards such as GCP and FDA regulations.
- Manage data collection processes, assuring accuracy and integrity, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, study participants, site staff, and external partners.
- Mentor junior researchers and support staff to maintain high-quality project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing, Computer Science, or related field is typically required; advanced degrees such as Master's or PhD preferred for senior roles.
- Experience requirements vary by role level: from 1+ years for clinical trial coordination up to 5+ years for clinical research management.
- Proven skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving within clinical research environments.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, data management software, statistical analysis tools, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced settings.
