Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably in HR, sales, or service sectors, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in personnel services, sales, or client management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of labor law, temporary employment, or contract management is desirable.
• Proficient use of MS Office, CRM, scheduling, or applicant management systems.
• Strong communication skills and experience in managing business clients as a Personaldisponent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships, actively acquiring new clients in the B2B sector.
• Coordinate staffing and deployment planning of employees for client projects.
• Align personnel requirements, deployment schedules, and qualification criteria with clients.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and deployment documents.
• Maintain customer, candidate, and order data within company systems.
